Shipping Special: For those folks Outside of the USA and it's territories, if you purchase a 2nd Remote, we will ship the 2nd remote for free. Free USA shipping and handling applies to all orders over $24.95. Orders less than $24.95 will incur a $4.95 Shipping fee. Free shipping applies to USA destinations only. For our standard free shipping, We use USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation.

If you need your order fast, or expedited, we can always send via Fed Ex, Or UPS ! They are typically more reliable on delivery timing. If you need it in a hurry, send us an email with the product title/stock number and we will email an invoice with an accurate shipping quote. We also offer Priority Mail upon request.

Payments: For your convenience, we take  all major credit cards through our secure shopping cart. We also take Money Orders ( USPS Money Orders Preferred ) and Business Checks in US funds only. Money order purchases will ship within hours of receipt of payment,  however checks will need to clear our bank, which will delay shipping approximately 8 to 10 business days. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase for any reason, we will refund the full purchase price up to 60 days of purchase. Refunds will typically be refunded by company check or back to your Credit card. You must include an approved RMA form which we will email you upon request.

We are happy to exchange your  remote, for any reason, for up to 90 days from date of purchase. Check refunds are sent via USPS First Class Mail only, if your exchange is due to a defective remote or an error on our part. Please understand that we have incurred expenses to place the items in your hands. Refund requests because of buyers remorse, having sold the car, finding your old remote, or inability to program a working remote will result in a $7.50 fee for packaging, shipping, and handling, etc. All items must be received back in our possession at the buyer's sole expense in the exactly the same condition sent. Pry marks from opening with improper tools or other such damage will nullify all refunds.
