Your item must be returned within 60 days of the original
purchase date. After that period of time, No Refunds will be issued, and there will be no exceptions!
The item(s) must be sent back to us at your expense and we MUST actually receive the items. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES SEND ANYTHING IN A # 10 PLAIN WHITE ENVELOPE
AS IT WILL NOT GET HERE IN ONE PIECE ! The USPS is not always as fast or good as we all would hope. If items are "lost" in the mail,
we are not responsible and it is your loss, not ours. The ORIGINAL ITEM must be sent back to us ! It MUST be in the same condition as it
was sent to you. Sending a different unit, or one that is obviously damaged, including any screwdriver or other tool / impliment pry marks from attempts to
open any items will result in NO REFUND being issued.
Before purchasing, please make sure your vehicle has a keyless entry system onboard BEFORE you make a purchase. If you have a
questions, ask prior to purchasing. Please make every effort to be certain you purchase the correct item for your vehicle. Re-shipping an
item for your purchase error will incurr additional expenses. We will NOT re-ship for free. Our site offers a great deal of information to
assist you in understanding how these items work, and how to purchase the proper item.
Please understand that we have incurred expenses to place the items in your hands. By virtue of your purchase, you agree that all refund requests because of buyers remorse, having sold the car, finding your old remote, or inability or refusal to program a working remote will result in a $7.50 fee for packaging, shipping, and handling, etc. All items must be received back in our possession at the buyer's sole expense in the exactly the same condition sent.
To return any items purchased:
* Contact us within the time frame specified.
* Package the items well, as they were sent to you. ( Do NOT use a plain envelope )
* Include your information, order number, and the reason you are requesting a return.
* Send the item back to us. Once received, we'll inspect, and re-test the item.
* We will issue a refund generally in the same fashion as payment was received.
* We do our best to process refunds on a timely basis, but it is not overnight.
* It can take a month or more for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Under no circumstances do we ever sell or disclose any personal information for any person
we do business with. All info is held in strict confidence. Credit card info is destroyed on a regular and timely basis.
The buyer, third party agent, or anyone on the buyers behalf, agrees that by making
a purchase you have agreed that our total liability is restricted to the cost of the item purchased. We will not be held responsible and shall not be liable
for any damage arising out of the purchase, use, mis-use, programming, attempted programming or lack thereof of any product we sell. The buyer et al agree
by purchasing that this shall apply to any and all owners, officers, employees, and affiliates past and present.
